Zeek is in China, so he sent us a stir fry recipe! We are posting the recipe for you to follow. We are also posting 2 pictures on our picture page.
Chinese Stir Fry
Cut the tofu into cubes –
2 cm squares
Prepare sauce:
mix in a small bowl:
1 TBS cornstarch and 4 TBS
vegetable broth, 1 TBS soy sauce, 1 TBS oyster sauce, salt and pepper (to
taste)
Whisk (mix) and set aside
Vegetables have been prewashed.
Cut 2 ribs of celery into
½ inch pieces on the diagonal.
Cut the broccoli heads off
and cut them into bite sizes. Use some of the stalk, cutting them into bite
sizes. (on the diagonal is nice)
Slice the mushrooms.
Cut the green onions into
small circles.
Cut the red pepper into
bite sizes.
Heat oil in the fry pan,
and when the oil is hot add the vegetables and stir fry until the
broccoli is tender.
Then you will add your
sauce until it thickens.
Eat and enjoy!
